Recently, my research interests have moved outside industrial organization proper; the new material I have produced therefore spills into other areas of microeconomics. As a consequence, the book’s title is now a bit off the mark although contracting remains a natural glue tying all the topics treated.
As the author, I feel that the level of the book is not too advanced; it is classified as advanced undergraduate. That said, I have come to realize that when teaching this material, a single page could last one hour in class. It may be signal that my writing style is terse and dense. You’ve be warned!
